Start of Summer Reading Program, La Mesa Branch, San Diego County Library. First day to sign up to be eligible for incentive prizes for reaching reading goals this summer. This year's theme: "Dragons, Dreams and Daring Deads." Summer reading program and related special events for children and teens continue until Wednesday, August 10.
